Genius hour is a project we do in the Aerte Academy. It is a project that we do on something were passionate about. We control on how we would change the world and how we would do it with what were passionate about. I did my genius hour on basketball history and for changing the world Evan and I came up with the idea to do it by making inspirational videos. As we had to make them interesting and able to make someone think if they did this maybe I can do what I want. We took some things these players did and made some of these things to succeed. We have some examples of unsuccessful stories. This is a example. Kawame Brown he was a NBA player bust. He was picked in 2001 with the first pick by Michael Jordan himself the G.O.A.T (greatest of all time) He's known today as a bust possible the worst of all time as Kwame was drafted straight out of high school he was older then his class now this might be a reason why he dominated.or maybe he had the talent to compete. Whatever the case is Michael would train him to be a great player. I mean that's a dream to be trained by the greatest to play instead it ended up being a nightmare and probably the reason Kwame wasn't able to play as the great player Jordan saw. As Michael trained Kwame it was hard work tough brutally training mental and physical as there is a story of Kwame crying in practice once. As Kwame caved in and was never the player he could have been. As I do have a story similar but that succeeded. This one is on Kat (Karl-Anthony towns) who was a first pick in 2015. As he came to a Minnesota team with Kevin Garrett who was going to be a futuer hall of farmer and is known as one of the best power forwards of all time. He took Kat under his wing but gave tireless brutal training. It was very mental and physical tough as teammates described it as torture. As Kevin expected one hundred ten percent at all times. As Kevin was a man not afraid to yell at you for doing something wrong as he would yell at many of his teammates such as rondo to get out if he wasn't playing defense. As he would make you do everything over agian until it was perfect to his liking with all of your effort in on the whatever you were doing. Kat kept though this training to get better and be the player he is today as he is a top 5 center in the league at the moment number 4 and a all star this year. As Kat had the mindset to better himself no matter what comes at him while kwame just gave up.
